Operating Model and Organisational Effectiveness Review

Global FinTech, IPO'd, ~1000 FTEs, ~£200m revenue with a new CEO, a refreshed long-term strategy and huge growth planned.

Over 6 weeks we helped them to review their internal strategy, understand their competitive differentiators, assess their organisational effectiveness, provide a frank view of their current status (internal and external) and align the leadership team around the need for change.

This led to identifying ~£10m of immediate actionable organisational efficiencies, mid-term structural changes and several Op Model tweaks (culture, RPA, role of HR etc.) to increase agility and support delivery of the company vision.
